Today, the 18, the church celebrated Thanksgiving as it has these past several years, the Sunday before. It was a good day. Attendance was good and the service was lively. One of our women did a pantomime about thanksgiving and then our church bass player and I presented a dialogue/drama about Thanksgiving.

After the service a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner was served in the church basement. The turkeys were catered and the rest of the meal was provided by the church members. Everyone pitched in and cleaned up so by 3:00 PM Mary and I were home and taking a Sunday afternoon nap :-).

Mary and I hope your Thanksgiving is pleasant. The best to you.

Johnathan and Mary
