Well tropical storms/hurricanes have gone north and south of us and somehow the island has been spared of any serious weather this year. May it continue to be the case.This week I was a little under the weather with a flu bug but I am pretty much back to normal.
Church today was a special occasion. We celebrated our first Grandparents Day. We had a great worship service. The song service was dynamic. People sang their hearts outs. After a PowerPoint presentation dedicated to the grandparents and tokens given to every grandparent present, our guest speaker, Caesar Jimenez, from Providence, RI delivered the morning message. After the service we celebrated the occasion with cake and coffee.
We counted ninety-four and still many members were out for a variety of reasons.
