Hi once again from Aguadilla, PR. Days are busy in our "neck of the woods". We are in the midst of preparing for the upcoming missions trip that begins this Thursday. We leave at 7:00 AM for the Dominican Republic and will be there for one week. Among the things we will be doing are: VBSs, a family fair, eyeglass clinic, a doctor's clinic, building, repairing, preaching, teaching, etc. It should be a good, productive week.

Yesterday the attendance was down. July is always a down month for the church. Members have visitors/family from the States and more often than not stay home with them instead of coming to the service. Others are traveling. Just yesterday eight of us announced we would be absent next Sunday due to travels. However, obviously, it is a temporary thing.
Saturday we had a church outing in which twenty-three took an all-day trip to Guayama, a historic town on the southeast side of the island. We left at 7:30 AM and got back at 6:30 PM. It was a l-o-n-g but fun trip.
For the next twelve days we will be out of touch in the Dominican Republic. Pray for us please.
Blessings to all.
Johnathan and Mary

John,
Good to hear about your trip. We just got back from the DR, too. Our church led sports camps for kids up in Salcedo. Glad to hear all is going well for you. Amy & I think of you a lot and pray for you often. We'd love to get back down to Aguadilla sometime. Let us know when you'll be in Indiana again. God bless you and all you do.
