Good afternoon.
As I look at the weather across the Midwest, it is obvious the background of our
blog is in sync with where you live, not sunny Puerto Rico.

I wanted to
get another blog out before the month ended and I had been waiting for Children’s
Day which transpired this past Sunday. It was a GRAND event. The church
building was filled to capacity with 122 present. Every chair was occupied. The
children were in charge of the service and they did a fine job including a
drama presented by some of our adults and the older children. We had filled 40 helium
balloons to give away and Mary said they all were quickly dispatched into the
eager hands of every child. After the service our Special Events ministry offered
a light lunch on the church yard for all who stayed. Most everyone did do just
that.

Looking
ahead, coming up in two weeks is the church’s anniversary. We’ll report back
after that event. We anticipate good things. Until then, blessings…
